At this time, we offer a same-day in-person rental option. We like to meet our tenants and give them a tour of our facility, as well as teach them how to use the alarm system for their unit.

While our office is closed on Sundays, gate access is available 7 days a week.

Gate hours for storage units are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year. RV/boat/trailer access is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

We are a gated facility that requires an alarm/gate code to enter. Each of our units is individually alarmed — your individual alarm code not only opens the gate but also communicates with your unit to deactivate and activate its alarm. We have security cameras throughout the facility, as well as a live on-site night manager. We also have lighting on all sides of each building, and we're located on a private road. We do not allow overnight parking or loitering on-site or on our private road.

No. Each unit is individually alarmed with a unique code assigned to each tenant and their unit. You must stop and enter your alarm code to avoid activating the alarm sirens.

Anyone you give your alarm code and key to.

No, we do not keep copies of our tenants' keys. You'll need to hire a licensed locksmith to remove the lock. Our policy requires that you contact the office to schedule the removal, as an employee must be present. Appointments must be scheduled during office hours.

Our policy requires that all our tenants have their personal property insured while stored with us. You are welcome to purchase the insurance we offer, or provide proof of private insurance (for example, the declaration page of your homeowner's or renter's insurance, or your current RV/Boat/Trailer insurance paperwork).

Yes, we require a $15.00 refundable cleaning deposit and two-weeks notice prior to vacating. Providing notice and sweeping the unit at move-out ensures you receive reimbursement of that deposit.

We have a 1-month minimum.

We offer prorated move-in and move-out rates.

Yes! We offer 5% off if you pay 6 months in advance, and 10% off if you pay 12 months in advance. This discount doesn't apply to prorated move-in or move-out.

Yes, we require a 2-week move-out notice.

We offer uncovered parking for RVs, boats, and trailers that are 10 years old or newer. Length options vary. Please call us at (530) 898-8464 to check availability or to be added to our waitlist.

While we do not offer outdoor parking for passenger vehicles, our 10×20s are spacious enough for a standard passenger car or truck. We'll need a copy of your current registration or PNO for proof of ownership, and proof of insurance. We also recommend a drip pan under the vehicle and researching how to store a vehicle long term.

Yes. When storing an RV, boat, or trailer with us, it must have a current registration or a Planned Non-Operational (PNO) status in the tenant's name.
