A Family Affair
Bill & Kathy Chance started C&C Storage in Chico, CA in 1994 with only one building. Due to the increasing demand of self storage in Chico, they’ve added more buildings over the years. Kathy has managed the facility from the start, with Bill providing maintenance when needed. Bill and Kathy lived on-site until 2006, learning the business and the area inside and out. We understand what goes on during the day, and after hours, and we still have on-site management 24/7. We are one of the few owner-managed facilities in Chico, providing the friendly service for which Chico is so well known.
